A method for measuring satisfaction within a service environment including the steps of modeling contractual customer service relationships (202) using a hierarchical composition model with discrete abstract elements, creating and distributing customer perception surveys having questions, wherein the questions are dynamically generated from a computer database based on events within the service environment and element weightings within a hierarchical composition model, collecting and analyzing the customer perception surveys (204), calculating aggregate measures of customer perception that have statistical reliability, correlating the measures of customer perception (212) to create at least one statistical causality between customer perception and business performance and adjusting the element weights using calculated customer perception measures and statistical correlation measures to refine reliability of future analysis and calculation results (232).

L'invention concerne un procédé destiné à mesurer la satisfaction dans un environnement de services et consistant à modéliser des relations contractuelles de service à la clientèle au moyen d'un modèle de composition hiérarchique présentant des éléments abstraits discrets, à créer et distribuer des études de perception de la clientèle comprenant des questions, ces questions étant générées dynamiquement à partir d'une base de données informatique sur la base d'événements se produisant dans l'environnement de services et de pondérations d'éléments dans un modèle de composition hiérarchique, à collecter et analyser les études de perception de la clientèle, à calculer des mesures globales de perception de la clientèle présentant une fiabilité statistique, à mettre en corrélation les mesures de perception de la clientèle en vue de la création d'au moins une causalité statistique entre la perception de la clientèle et la performance commerciale, et à ajuster les pondérations d'éléments au moyen des mesures de perception de la clientèle et des mesures de corrélation statistique calculées de sorte à améliorer la fiabilité d'une analyse future et des résultats de calcul.
