The invention relates to a device for producing endless shaped bodies from a molding compound, such as a spinning solution containing water, cellulose and tertiary amine oxide. The device (1) comprises a nozzle plate (3) with extrusion openings (4), through which the molding compound is extruded to form essentially thread-shaped endless shaped bodies (5). The endless shaped bodies (5) are guided through an air gap (6) and, inside a precipitation bath (9), are guided by a redirecting element (10) to a bundling device (12) where they are combined to form a fiber bundle. A blowing device (14) is provided inside the air gap and directs a cooling gas steam (15) toward the endless shaped bodies (15) in a direction perpendicular to the lead-through direction (7). In order to improve the spinning certainty and the mechanical properties of the endless shaped bodies, the invention provides that the cooling gas stream (15) is turbulent when exiting the blowing device.

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour fabriquer des corps moulés en continu à partir d'une matière à mouler telle qu'une solution de filage contenant de l'eau, de la cellulose et de l'oxyde d'amine tertiaire. Le dispositif (1) comporte un corps de filière (3) doté d'orifices d'extrusion (4), à travers lesquels la matière à mouler est extrudée en corps moulés en continu (5) pratiquement sous forme de fils. Ces corps moulés en continu passent par une fente d'aération (6) et sont conduits par un élément de déflexion (10) dans bain de précipitation (9) jusqu'à un dispositif de regroupement (12), où ils sont regroupés en un faisceau de fibres. Dans la fente d'aération se trouve un dispositif de soufflerie (14) qui dirige un flux de gaz de refroidissement (15) sur les corps moulés en continu (5) transversalement à la direction de passage (7). L'invention vise à perfectionner la sécurité de filage et les propriétés mécaniques des corps moulés en continu (5). A cet effet, le flux de gaz de refroidissement (15) est soumis à une turbulence en sortant du dispositif de soufflerie.
