A receiver is disclosed for receiving coded optical signals in an optical asynchronous communications system using a CDMA method based on periodic spectrum encoding. It has a first optical detector unit (PD1) and a second optical detector unit (PD2) which are preceded by a first periodic optical filter (Rx1) and a second periodic optical filter (Rx2), respectively. The roundtrip time of the second filter (Rx2) is shifted by approximately one quarter of the lightwave period of the received signal with respect to the roundtrip time of the first filter (Rx1). The inputs of the filters (Rx1, Rx2) are connected to the communications system through an optical splitter (KOP). The amplitudes of the outputs of the two filters are squared by means of two squarers (Q1, Q2) and added by means of an adder (AD). This makes the receiver (R) less sensitive to any drift of the filter transfer function.
Récepteur permettant de recevoir des signaux optiques codés dans un système de transmission optique asynchrone à l'aide d'une méthode AMRC fondée sur le codage spectral périodique. Il comprend une première et une seconde unités de détection optique (PD1 et PD2), précédées respectivement par un premier et un second filtres optiques (Rx1 et Rx2). Le temps de transmission aller-retour du second filtre (Rx2) est décalé d'environ un quart de la période du signal lumineux reçu par rapport au temps de transmission aller-retour du premier filtre (Rx1). Les entrées des filtres (Rx1 et Rx2) sont connectées au système de transmission au moyen d'un séparateur optique (KOP). Les amplitudes des sorties des deux filtres sont mises au carré au moyen de deux circuits de mise au carré (Q1, Q2) et additionnées au moyen d'un additionneur (AD). Le récepteur (R) est ainsi moins sensible à toute dérive de la fonction de transfert de filtre.
