Ortho-amino-substituted benzoylguanidines, a process for their preparation, their use as a medicament or diagnos- tic agent, and also a medicament containing them Ortho-amino-substituted benzoylguanidines of the formula I Image I with the meanings indicated in the text for the substitu- ents are described. They are obtained by reaction of compounds of the formula II Image II in which R(1) to R(5) have the abovementioned meanings, and in which L is a leaving group which readily undergoes nucleophilic substituion, with guanidine. Compounds I are outstandingly suitable for the treatment of disorders of the cardiovascular system.
