A Venetian blind comprises a blind assembly having a head rail, a bottom rail, a plurality of slats located at between the head rail and the bottom rail and a lift cord assembly for coupling the head rail, the bottom rail and the slats and for driving the slats and the bottom to lift and to lower, and an assistant apparatus coupling said bottom rail and said head rail, and providing said bottom rail a lifting force to share the loading of said lift cord assembly to lift said bottom rail and said slats.
