The present invention provides a device for predicting prognosis of a patient who undergoes PEG, which allows a doctor to obtain predictive results sufficient to judge whether or not to perform the PEG (percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy) for the patient. This device includes: a prognosis prediction expression storage section 14 that stores a prognosis prediction expression, the prognosis prediction expression being calculated by applying prediction input factors and prediction output factors about a first patient who already underwent the PEG, to ANN (artificial neural network); and a processing section 16 that inputs diagnosis input factors about a second patient, for judging whether or not to perform the PEG on the second patient, calculates diagnosis output factors in response to the diagnosis input factors by referring to the prognosis prediction expression stored in the prognosis prediction expression storage section and then outputs the calculated diagnosis output factors.
L'invention porte sur un dispositif pour prédire de façon adéquate le pronostic d'un patient pour une opération de PEG pour permettre à un médecin de déterminer s'il faut ou non réaliser la PEG (gastrotomie endoscopique percutanée) sur un patient. Le dispositif comprend une unité de mémorisation de formule de prédiction de pronostic (14) pour mémoriser une formule de prédiction de pronostic définie par l'application d'un facteur d'entrée de prédiction et d'un facteur de sortie de prédiction concernant un premier patient ayant subi une opération de PEG sur un ANN (réseau neural artificiel) et une unité de traitement (16) pour recevoir un facteur d'entrée de diagnostic concernant un second patient et utilisée pour déterminer s'il faut ou non réaliser une opération de PEG sur le second patient, référencer la formule de prédiction de pronostic mémorisée dans l'unité de mémorisation de formule de prédiction de pronostic (14), calculer un facteur de sortie de diagnostic correspondant au facteur d'entrée de diagnostic, et émettre le facteur de sortie de diagnostic calculé.
