Incineration systems, particularly those using municipal garbage and waste, refuse-derived fuels, coal and petroleum coke, and/or chlorinated hydrocarbons without the release of toxic pollutants such as dioxins. One preferred embodiment relates to a non-polluting method for burning fuel derived from typical municipal garbage and waste, thus eliminating, or at least significantly reducing, the need for the landfill disposal of such waste materials. In an alternative application, air, water, coal and/or petroleum coke are used to produce electricity, urea, and methanol in a non-polluting manner.
L'invention concerne des systèmes d'incinération, plus particulièrement ceux qui utilisent les ordures et déchets municipaux, les combustibles dérivés des déchets, le charbon et le coke de pétrole et/ou des hydrocarbures chlorés sans dégager de polluants toxiques tels que des dioxines. Selon un mode de réalisation préféré, on met en oeuvre un procédé de non pollution consistant à brûler les combustibles dérivés des ordures et déchets municipaux habituels, éliminant ou tout au moins réduisant ainsi le recours à des décharges contrôlées de ces déchets. Selon une variante, l'air, l'eau, le charbon et/ou le coke de pétrole servent à produire de l'électricité, de l'urée et du méthanol sans polluer.
