A sizing apparatus (300) can include a contact member (302) having a curved contact surface (304), the contact surface (304) extending in a substantially convex shape from a proximal end (306) to a distal end (308) along a direction (318) that lies in a same plane as a first axis (314), the contact surface (304) extending in a substantially concave shape between spaced apart first and second side edges (310, 312) along a direction (320) that lies in a plane that is substantially transverse to the first axis (314). The sizing apparatus (300) can also include an arm (316) extending from the contact member substantially parallel to the first axis (314). A flange (322) may also be provided to facilitate use of the sizing apparatus (300).
