The invention mainly concerns a biocompatible and biodegradable porous matrix, characterized in that it is made of a three-block sequenced copolymer of formula (I): X G Y (I), wherein: G is a non-hydroxylated hydrophilic linear block, and X and Y represent respectively a hydrophobic linear polyester block. The invention further concerns the use of said matrix for coating tissue reconstruction after loss of substance or bioactive dressings.

La présente invention vise à titre principal une matrice poreuse biocompatible et biodégradable, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est formée d'un copolymère séquence tribloc répondant à la formule (I) : X - G - Y (I) dans laquelle : G est un bloc linéaire hydrophile, non hydroxylé, et X et Y représentent respectivement un bloc polyester linéaire hydrophobe. Selon une variante priviligée de l~invention, le copolymère consiste en PLA50-PEG-PLA50. Elle vise en outre l'utilisation de ladite matrice dans le domaine de la reconstruction des tissus de revêtement après perte de substance ou à celui des pansements bioactifs.
