A hearing aid device has at least one microphone for receiving a sound and producing electrical signals correspond- ing to the sound. The microphone is connected to a control unit and feeds input signals to the control unit. The control unit transmits at least one output signal to at least one transmission element. The control unit is arranged spatially separates from the microphone and the microphone is located in an earpiece which can be located in the vicinity of a human ear. The earpiece is provided with a transmitter which communicates with a receiver in the vicinity of the control unit. One of the transmission elements is located in the vicinity of at least one of the earpieces. The transmission element is provided with a receiver which communicates with a transmitter in the vicinity of the control unit. There is an analyzer located in the vicinity of the control unit for the evaluation of the signals from the microphone.
