Preparations which are safe, little irritate subjects and contain water- insoluble or hardly water soluble drugs at a high level; and a process for producing these preparations. A process for producing water-insoluble or hardly water-soluble drugs coated with phospholipids characterized by comprising mixing a solution containing a water-insoluble or hardly water- soluble drug and a phospholipid in an organic solvent with an aqueous solvent, emulsifying the resultant mixture and then removing the organic solvent from the emulsion thus obtained to thereby form a phospholipid coating film on the surface of the water-insoluble or hardly water-soluble drug.

L'invention concerne des préparations sûres, peu irritantes pour le patient et contenant des médicaments insolubles ou peu solubles dans l'eau à un niveau élevé, ainsi qu'un procédé de production de ces préparations. Elle concerne un procédé de production de médicaments insolubles ou peu solubles dans l'eau enrobés de phospholipides, qui consiste à: mélanger une solution contenant un médicament insoluble ou peu soluble dans l'eau et un phospholipide dans un solvant organique avec un solvant aqueux; émulsionner le mélange résultant; et éliminer le solvant organique de l'émulsion ainsi obtenue pour former un film de phospholipide enrobant la surface du médicament insoluble ou peu soluble dans l'eau.
