A seismic data acquisition apparatus having a recorder co-located with a sensor unit in a seismic spread and a communication device for direct communication with a central recorder. A memory located in the recorder and/or in the central controller holds location parameters associated with the sensor unit, and the parameters can be updated. Method of seismic data acquisition including sensing seismic energy and recording the sensed energy at the sensor location. Delivering the recorded information to a central recorder by manually retrieving removable memory from each recorder, by wireless transmission of the information, or by removing the information from each recorder by inductive or cable connectors and a transfer device.
Cette invention se rapporte à un appareil d'acquisition de données sismiques, comprenant un enregistreur situé au même emplacement qu'une unité à capteurs dans un dispositif sismique et un dispositif de communication assurant une communication directe avec un enregistreur central. Une mémoire située dans l'enregistreur et/ou dans l'unité de commande centrale conserve les paramètres de position associés à l'unité à capteurs, ces paramètres pouvant être actualisés. Des procédés d'acquisition de données sismiques consistent à détecter l'énergie sismique et à enregistrer l'énergie ainsi détectée au niveau des capteurs. Ces procédés consistent ensuite à transmettre les informations enregistrées vers un enregistreur central soit par extraction manuelle de la mémoire amovible de chaque enregistreur, soit par transmission sans fil de ces informations soit par extraction de ces informations de chaque enregistreur par des connecteurs inductifs ou à câbles et par un dispositif de transfert.
