Description

The Rink Spike is a plastic structure designed for supporting and linking boards for outdoor ice rinks. The Rink Spike is a solid single structure, comprised of two distinct sections the lower section is an 8-inch spike designed to be driven into the ground. This will provide an anchoring for the upper section. The upper section is designed to hold wooden and/or plastic sheets or boards (for example plywood 4 feet wide, 10- 12" height and 3/4" thick) in linked sections around the perimeter of the rink. The upper section shall consist of two identical, vertically running brackets on opposite sides to allow a person to vertically slide a board in place, successively linked with other spikes and boards to form the perimeter of an outdoor skating surface.
