In a threadable apparatus a first member is thread connectable and movable in the second member, the first member includes a body having an internal thread and an outwardly pointing supporting edge member, the supporting edge member includes supporting edge elements, the second member includes a wall and an upper opening, the upper opening having an outer sleeve shoulder and supporting edge slots, the supporting edge elements being positionable and rotatable in the supporting edge slots, the improvement wherein the supporting edge member includes at least three supporting edge elements, the supporting edge member comprises four supporting edge elements, the supporting edge elements are finger- shaped, the supporting edge elements are asymmetrically positioned on the supporting edge member, the supporting edge slots are symmetrically positioned relative to said supporting edge elements, the supporting edge slots are diametrically opposed and comprise aligned base surfaces and sides.
