A mobile communication method according to the present invention includes the steps of: (A) transmitting, from a radio base station (eNB) to a plurality of cells designated by a transmission request received from a switching center (MME), broadcast information; and (B) transmitting, from the radio base station (eNB) to the switching center (MME), a transmission response which includes an information element to which the number of cells and identification information of the cells are set, in accordance with the transmission request; wherein, in the step (B), when the broadcast information was not successfully transmitted to all the plurality of cells, the radio base station sets "0" to the number of cells in the information element.

L'invention concerne un procédé de communication mobile, comprenant les étapes suivantes : une étape A à laquelle une station de base radio (eNB) transmet des informations d'état à une pluralité de cellules désignées par une demande de transmission reçue d'une station d'échange (MME) ; et une étape B à laquelle, suite à la demande de transmission, la station de base radio (eNB) transmet à la station d'échange (MME) une réponse de transmission contenant un élément d'information indiquant le nombre de cellules et les informations d'identification des cellules. À l'étape B, la station de base radio (eNB) fixe le nombre de cellules dans l'élément d'information à "0" en cas d'échec de la transmission des informations d'état par la station de base radio (eNB) à la totalité de la pluralité de cellules.
