The invention relates to a method for the reesterification of fat and/or oil of biological origin by means of alcoholysis. The inventive method comprises the following steps: providing the fat and/or oil of biological origin destined for reesterification in a receptacle, and carrying out the alcoholysis by adding an alkanol, especially a monovalent alkanol, and a catalyst to the fat and/or oil provided. The inventive method utilizes a catalyst that is a metal salt of an amino acid or an amino acid derivative that is insoluble in alkanols to overcome the disadvantages of conventional reesterification methods.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de transestérification de corps gras et/ou d'huile d'origine biologique par alcoolyse. Ledit procédé consiste: à préparer un corps gras et/ou une huile d'origine biologique, devant subir la transestérification, dans un récipient, puis à mettre en oeuvre l'alcoolyse par addition d'un alcanol, notamment d'un alcanol monovalent, et d'un catalyseur, au corps gras et/ou à l'huile préparé(s). L'utilisation d'un sel métallique d'un acide aminé ou d'un dérivé d'acide aminé, insoluble dans les alcanols, en tant que catalyseur, permet d'éliminer les inconvénients des procédés de transestérification courants.
