A graft ligament anchor (10) includes a tubular body (12) having a bore (14) therethrough, proximal (16), and distal (18) ends. A flange (20) is attached to the tubular body at the proximal end thereof, and extends radially outwardly beyond the tubular body. A deformable wall (22) is disposed in the tubular body bore, and defines, at least in part, a chamber (23) for retaining the graft ligament therein. An expansion device (24) is configured for insertion into the tubular body axially of the tubular body, and for impinging upon the deformable wall, hence the graft ligament received in the chamber, toward a wall of the bore, whereby to fix the graft ligament in the tubular body.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'ancrage (10) pour greffon de ligament comprenant un corps tubulaire (12) pourvu d'un alésage (14) traversant, et des extrémités proximale (16) et distale (18). Un rebord (20), fixé au corps tubulaire du côté de son extrémité proximale, s'étend radialement vers l'extérieur dépassant du corps tubulaire. Une paroi déformable (22) est placée dans l'alésage du corps tubulaire et définit, au moins partiellement, une chambre (23) destinée à retenir le greffon de ligament. Un dispositif d'expansion (24) est conçu pour être inséré dans le corps tubulaire, dans l'axe de celui-ci, et pour empiéter sur la paroi déformable et, par conséquent, sur le greffon de ligament situé dans la chambre qui, pressé contre une paroi de l'alésage, se trouve fixé au corps tubulaire.
