The "EDGE" is a tool constructed of wood or man made material for use by the paticipants in the sport of Curling. It has the properties, for economy of size and transport, of being easily separated into three parts, main body, rear web and brush and is used when assembled to relieve the stresses on the developing body in the younger players when "throwing" the "rocks". It will assist Adult players in maintaining a better balance and poise whilst assessing the trajectory and delivering the rock. The brush can be easily detached to clean the ice at the point of delivery and snapped back on the main frame before the throw. The assembled tool can be stood upright on the trailing edges when not in use to protect the running pads from damage
