An implant delivery device (10) comprises a barrel (20), a plunger (30) and an inner sleeve (130) which comprises material stress means (140). A user depressing plunger exerts a compression force on liquid, which is transferred onto the implant and the implant moves distally. along the barrel toward the distal end (50).
