To avoid breakage and weak points at the points of deflection in case of a large deflection angle and deep deformations a non--woven is formed of several fiber components, which forms a flexible, dimensionally stable molded article under pressure and temperature. An additional CoPES-fiber component facilitates lamination with other fibers without having to use additional auxiliaries.

Afin d'éviter la formation de fissures et de zones minces aux points de renvoi en cas d'angle de renvoi important et de déformations profondes, on réalise un non-tissé à partir de plusieurs constituants fibreux, qui forme sous l'effet de la pression et de la chaleur une pièce moulée souple et indéformable. Un constituant fibreux additionnel de co-fibres de polyester (coPES) facilite le doublage avec d'autres fibres sans adjonction d'autres additifs.
