A method and apparatus for the production of honeycombs for beekeeping The method comprises a first step of applying liquid wax to a mould formed by a plurality of projections conjugate with the cells of the honeycomb in a manner such that the filling of the spaces of the mould with molten wax is complemented by the formation of an upper plate interconnecting the various cells, then proceeding with the moulding of the half honeycomb and subsequent cooling to enable the half honeycomb to be removed from the mould. The apparatus has two parallel, endless belts separated by a space slightly larger than the height of a half honeycomb and driven in a manner such that the adjacent passes have the same speed and direction of movement, a mould constituted by a plurality of rows of silicone projections of a shape conjugate with the cells being fitted on one of the belts.
La présente invention se rapporte à une méthode ainsi qu'à une installation pour la production de structures en nids d'abeilles utilisées en apiculture. La méthode en question comporte une première étape qui consiste à appliquer de la cire liquide dans un moule formé par une pluralité de projections conjuguées aux cellules de la structure en nid d'abeilles, de manière à ce que le remplissage des espaces à l'intérieur du moule de cire fondue soit complété par la formation d'une plaque supérieure en interconnexion avec les cellules, suivi du moulage de la moitié de structure en nids d'abeilles et de son refroidissement subséquent pour en faciliter le démoulage. L'installation comporte deux bandes sans fin parallèles, en défilement continu, et séparées par un espace légèrement supérieur à la hauteur d'une demi cellule de la structure en nids d'abeilles, et défilant dans une même direction et à une vitesse identique, un moule constitué d'une pluralité de rangées de projections de silicone dont la forme se conjugue à celle des cellules formées sur une des bandes en défilement.
