The invention concerns an implantable device for fixing a rod (20) in a rather thin bone wall (EO) comprising two parts (10, 10) each comprising a body (11) with a passage (12) for receiving the rod, and a curved hook (13) extending laterally relative to the body. Each hook (13) is shaped such that the two hooks facing each other can be simultaneously inserted, by mutually tilting the two parts urging their bodies closer to each other, in an opening (T) arranged in the wall, and be mutually spaced rearwards as said bodies are brought closer to each other. The rod (20) received in said passages (12) of the two bodies (11) is capable of preventing any reverse tilting of said parts (10). The invention is particularly useful for fixing a rod for backbone osteosynthesis in the flat part of the skull occipital bone.

Un dispositif implantable de fixation d'une tige (20) dans un paroi osseuse (EO) peu épaisse comprend deux pièces (10, 10) comportant chacune un corps (11) avec un passage (12) de réception de la tige, ainsi qu'un crochet incurvé (13) s'étendant latéralement par rapport au corps. Chaque crochet (13) présente une forme telle que les deux crochets face-à-face peuvent être simultanément introduits, par basculements opposés de deux pièces rapprochant mutuellement leurs corps, dans une ouverture (T) pratiquée dans ladite paroi, et s'écarter mutuellement en arrière de ladite paroi à mesure que lesdits corps se rapprochent. La tige (20) reçue dans lesdits passages (12) des deux corps (11) est apte à éviter tout basculement inverse desdites pièces (10). Application notamment à la fixation d'une tige pour ostéosynthèse du rachis dans la paroi de l'écaille occipitale du crâne.
