Dans cette formule, A, m, R, X, Y<1>, Y<2> et Y<3> sont conformes à la description qui en est donnée par les revendications. L'invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques à base de ces produits, lesquelles compositions présentent une efficacité thérapeutique. L'invention concerne enfin l'utilisation de ces compositions pour le contrôle sélectif de la transmission synaptique chez les mammifères.
