Ces composés répondent aux formules: Image I II dans lesquelles: X est O, 5, Image ou bien Image représente le radical -N(R6)-C(=O)-CH2-X, R1 est un radical hydroxy, alcoxy, alkyl substitué par un radical hydroxy ou alcoxy, R2 est un atome d'hydrogène ou un radical alkyl, hydroxy, alcoxy, acyloxy, benzyloxy, lesdits radicaux pouvant être éventuellement substitués, R3, R4, R5 et R6 sont choisis parmi l'atome d'hydrogène ou un radical alkyle éventuellement substitué par un radical hydroxy, alcoxy, alkoxy- carbonylmethyle, ainsi que les dérives tétrahydro de .beta.-carboline correspondants et les sels ou dérivés d'ammonium quaternaires de ces composés pharmaceutiquement acceptables.
