The present invention pertains to the field of capping articles and may be used in probes, lids or other closure members for bottles, tins or other vessels. The purpose of this invention is to provide a vessel capping device which has a simplified structure, which offers a high protection capacity of the vessel content against any unauthorised action and which allows individual users to check the authenticity of the vessel content without using any additional means. The purpose of the invention is also to increase the functional capacities of said device. To this end, the capping device for vessels (3) includes a probe (1), a protection coating (5) as well as a marked insert (4) located under said protection coating (5). The marking may consist of the manufacturer's trademark, of a specific image, of a logo, of an inscription indicating the brand, type and quality of the content together with the selling date thereof, etc. The protection coating (5) protects the probe (1) and the marking insert (4) so that they cannot be removed without living visible indication of a breach in the vessel capping integrity. The protection coating (5) may consist of a metallic or plastic cap, of a muzzle, or of a fining using a foil or other materials.

Cette invention a pour but de créer un dispositif de capsulage de récipients qui possède une structure simple ainsi qu'une grande capacité de protection du contenu du récipient contre toute action illicite, et qui permet à des utilisateurs individuels de vérifier l'authenticité du contenu du récipient sans avoir recours à des systèmes complémentaires. Cette invention a également pour but d'accroître les capacités fonctionnelles du dispositif. A cette fin, le dispositif de capsulage de récipients (3) comprend un bouchon (1), un revêtement de protection (5) ainsi qu'un insert marqué (4) qui est disposé sous le revêtement de protection (5). Le marquage peut consister en la marque déposée du fabriquant, en une image spécifique, en une marque, en une inscription indiquant la marque, le type et la qualité du contenu ainsi que sa date de mise en vente, etc. Le revêtement de protection (5) protège le bouchon (1) et l'insert de marquage (4), et permet d'empêcher qu'on ne les retire sans laisser de marques visibles de rupture de l'intégrité du capsulage du récipient. Le revêtement de protection (5) peut consister en un capuchon métallique ou plastique, en une muselière, ou en un collage d'une feuille métallique ou d'autres matériaux.
