K-18010/A Polyether-polyester block copolymers and their use as dispersants Abstract Polyether-polyester block copolymers obtainable by anionic copolymerisation of amonoepoxy compound with a cyclic anhydride of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid using an alkali metal salt of a polyalkylene glycol or of a polyalkylene glycol monoalkyl ether as initiator are suitable as dispersants, especially for the preparation of aqueous epoxy resin dispersions and emulsions. Coatings made with these dispersions with the addition of hardeners are distinguished by improved surface-coating properties.
