A closing element (13) which is actuated by an actuating element and is used as required to close the nozzle channel (12) is arranged in the nozzle channel (12) of a nozzle body (10). In the closing position, said closing element (13) separates a region which is at least temporarily in open communication with the injection mould, said region being able to be influenced by a further actuating element associated with the nozzle body. Due to the fact that the pressure element (16) is arranged in the nozzle body (10) and can be actuated independently from the nozzle body and the plastifying cylinder (30), a nozzle body is created and a method is provided which enable the dosing process and the dwell pressure process to be separated, with a compact structure.
Selon l'invention, un élément de fermeture (13) à actionner par un élément d'actionnement est prévu dans le canal d'ajutage (12) d'un corps d'ajutage (10) et sert à fermer le canal d'ajutage (12) en fonction des besoins. Ledit élément de fermeture (13) sépare en position de fermeture, un espace au moins temporairement en communication ouverte avec le moule de moulage par injection, espace sur lequel un autre élément d'actionnement associé au corps d'ajutage peut influer. Du fait que l'élément de pression (16) se situe dans le corps d'ajutage (10) et peut être actionné indépendamment du corps d'ajutage et du cylindre de plastification (30), il est prévu de réaliser un corps d'ajutage et un procédé permettant une séparation entre le processus de dosage et le processus de maintien en pression, avec une structure compacte.
