The invention relates to a hand-held device (1) for the dosed distribution of sprayable substances, especially medicaments to be inhaled, said device comprising a cartridge (3) that can be displaced into the distribution-opening position by means of pressure in a housing (2), and a feeding mechanism (11) moved by the opening course of the cartridge (3) and used to register and display the distribution actuation carried out. Said feeding mechanism (11) is arranged in the centre of a housing (34) below the front wall of the cartridge (3), on the opening side, overlapping the cartridge valve tube (5). The aim of the invention is to provide one such hand-held device in a spatially favourable manner, with more reliability in terms of handling, and a simplified structure. To this end, a stepped feeding mechanism (11) arranged in a plate-shaped housing (34) is provided with control elements (S, 28, 29, 16, 17, 20, 15, 21, 22, 13, 26) which rotate about the axis located in the longitudinal direction of the cartridge (3).
L'invention concerne un appareil à main (1) destiné à la délivrance dosée de substances pulvérisables, notamment de médicaments à inhaler. Cet appareil à main comprend une cartouche (3) qui se place en position ouverture-délivrance par pression dans un boîtier, et un mécanisme d'avance (11) entraîné par la course d'ouverture de la cartouche (3) et destiné à enregistrer et à indiquer les actionnements de délivrance effectuées. Ce mécanisme d'avance (11) est placé dans un boîtier (34) au centre sous la paroi frontale de la cartouche (3), paroi côté ouverture, de manière à chevaucher le tube à valve (5) de la cartouche. L'invention vise à créer de manière fiable un appareil à main susmentionné spatialement avantageux pour une construction simplifiée. A cet effet, un mécanisme d'avancement graduel (11) logé dans un boîtier (34) en forme de disque est doté d'organes de commande (S, 28, 29, 16, 17, 20, 15, 21, 22, 13, 26) qui tournent autour de l'axe situé dans la direction longitudinale de la cartouche (3).
