The invention describes a drinking and pouring device for a beverage can (1) with opening means including a tear-up closure in the top surface (5) including a tearing ring (2) and an opening in the top surface (5), wherein the device comprises a cover (3) with a rim flange (4) substantially circumscribing the upper perimeter of the top surface (5) of the can (1) for snap-on mounting of the device onto the can (1), a hole (6) in the cover (3), a spout (7) covering a section of the hole (6), and a sealing flange (8) enclosing the tearing ring (2) of the opening means on the can (1). By the present invention, a simple cap or lid for a can is provided, wherein the volume of the gap may be reduced or event eliminated so that the risk of releasing dirt particles or other impurities from the surface of the can is reduced which results in a hygienic pouring and drinking device.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant de boire et de verser le contenu d'une boîte-boisson (1) pourvue d'un système d'ouverture comprenant un élément de fermeture à arracher, qui est situé à la surface supérieure (5) et comprend un anneau d'arrachage (2) et une ouverture à la surface supérieure (5). Ce dispositif comprend un couvercle (3) pourvu d'un rebord périphérique (4) qui fait sensiblement le tour du périmètre supérieur de la surface supérieure (5) de la boîte-boisson et qui permet de fixer le dispositif sur la boîte-boisson (1). Ce dispositif comprend également un orifice (6), qui est pourvu dans le couvercle (3), un bec verseur (7), qui recouvre une partie de l'orifice (6), ainsi qu'un rebord d'étanchéité (8), qui entoure ledit anneau à arracher (2) du système d'ouverture situé sur la boîte-boisson (1). Selon la présente invention, la boîte-boisson est pourvue d'un simple couvercle ou chapeau, avec lequel le volume de l'interstice est réduit voire éliminé, ce qui permet de réduire le risque de déverser des particules de saleté ou d'autres impuretés provenant de la surface de la boîte-boisson, offrant ainsi un dispositif permettant de boire et de verser le contenu d'une boîte-boisson de manière hygiénique.
