L'invention concerne une méthode permettant d'inhiber l'angiogénèse chez un individu qui le nécessite. Cette méthode consiste à administrer un anticorps qui se fixe sélectivement à la région extracellulaire de la molécule 4 spécifique de la cellule endothéliale humaine (magic roundabout (MR)) de l'individu.
