ABSTRACT Plastic packaging that consists of a cup or dish-shaped container and a cover that can be used to re-close the container after it has been opened for the first time, is provided with means to indicate the original sealed status of the container. These means incorporate at least one peg that is arranged and moulded on the container (1) and/or the cover (2) as a part thereof and which when the cover (2) is installed in the original sealed state protrudes through a corresponding opening (19) in the other part and is riveted to the other part at one end.
