A metallic coil production apparatus characterized by providing a cooler downstream of a heat-treating furnace in a line of continuous casting of a thin strip-like slab, hot rolling, and heat treatment and providing, downstream of the cooler, a pickling device, a trimmer, a heat-treating device, a shear, and a coiler. The apparatus is constructed so that a pickling line, a trimmer line, and a shear line after the line of continuous casting of a thin strip-like slab, hot rolling, and heat treatment can be switched, permitting the lines to be operated in a continuous or discontinuous (independent) manner.
L'invention concerne un équipement pour fabriquer en continu des bobines de bandes métalliques, caractérisé par la présence d'un appareil de refroidissement en aval du four de traitement thermique, dans une ligne de production par coulée continue de bande mince, de laminage à chaud et de traitement thermique. Un équipement de nettoyage par acide, un équipement d'ébarbage, un appareil de chauffage, un appareil de cisaillement et un dispositif d'enroulement sont disposés en aval de l'appareil de refroidissement. L'invention permet de relier d'une manière réversible la ligne de traitement par acide, la ligne d'ébarbage ou la ligne de cisaillement à la ligne de production par coulée continue de bande mince, de laminage à chaud et de traitement thermique, chacune de ces lignes pouvant fonctionner indépendamment d'une manière continue ou discontinue.
