ABSTRACT Use of cyanocobalamin in an average daily dosage of from 5 to 1000mg for the treatment of neoplastic disease and immune system related disease. The cyanocobalamin preferably is used in the form of an aqueous solution of from 0.5% to 1.1% cyanocobalamin suitable for parenteral administration. A topical preparation also is disclosed.
