The ASEC arrangement is provided on a permanent auto showcase and entertainment site proximate to one of an auto industry manufacturing facility and a tourism attraction. ASEC revenue models are disclosed which enable operation of the ASEC arrangement. The ASEC arrangement and method produce an essentially economic result in relation to at least one of trade, industry, and commerce.
