Also described are such genes whose expression is further up-regulated or down-regulated in drug-resistant bladder cancer cells. Related methods and compositions that can be used for diagnosis, prognosis, or treatment of bladder cancer are disclosed. Also described herein are methods that can be used to identify modulators of bladder cancer.
