A process for producing a compound of the formula (structure of formula I ) (I) comprising reacting of a compound of the formula" (structure of formula 2) (2) with diphenyl phosphine oxide using a binary phase reaction mixture comprising diphenyl phosphine oxide in an organic solvent, a basic aqueous solution, and a phase transfer catalyst, to obtain the compound of formula (1), wherein Ph is phenyl, X1 and X2 are both hydrogen or X1 and X2 taken together is CH2, R1 is a protecting group, R2 is fluorine, hydrogen or OR3, wherein R3 is a protecting group, and the squiggly line represents a bond that results in the adjacent double bond being m either the E or Z configuration, is disclosed.

L'invention porte sur un procédé de production d'un composé de formule (I) comprenant la mise en réaction d'un composé de formule (II) avec l'oxyde de diphényle phosphine au moyen d'un mélange réactionnel à phase binaire comprenant l'oxyde de diphényle phosphine dans un solvant organique, une solution aqueuse basique et un catalyseur de transfert de phase, pour obtenir le composé de formule 1, dans laquelle Ph est phényle, X1 et X2 sont tous deux hydrogène ou X1 et X2 pris ensemble sont CH2, R1 est un groupe protecteur, R2 est fluor, hydrogène ou OR3, R3 étant un groupe protecteur, et la ligne sinueuse représente une liaison qui conduit à la double liaison adjacente située soit dans la configuration E, soit dans la configuration Z.
