The invention provides a simplistic solar panel which utilizes outer layers of woven polyethylene clear bubble sheeting for shape, floatation, wind resistance, and ease of installment on the water surface of any in ground or above ground swimming pool. The design has a total of four layers separated as follows; two layers of black in colour polyvinyl fabric welded together in a pattern of multiple half inch channels to accommodate the flow of water at a rate of three gallons per minute. At opposite ends of these layers, two one and one half inch ABS pipe and female screw fittings are welded between the fabric layers. The pipes serve as connectors to accommodate a flexible male screw in PVC hose and flow reducer at the inlet and a flexible male screw in PVC hose at the discharge, the final two layers encase the first two layers with clear woven polyethylene sheets containing linear low resin UV solar bubbles to fully expose the inner solar panel as to absorb the suns rays and maximize the efficiency. The clear bubble casing is framed with a sewn vinyl fabric ribbing to provide long term use. Additionally, numerous clips and webbing are sewn on each end of the structure to allow for easy on off application with a solar reel. The unit is versatile in that it will perform effectively and whichever end is up.
