A carbonaceous material for an electrical double layer capacitor is produced by performing a halogenation treatment step wherein a halogenated dry-distilled charcoal is obtained by bringing a dry-distilled charcoal into contact with a halogen gas; a dehalogenation treatment step wherein a part or all the halogen is eliminated; and an activation step wherein a part of the carbonaceous material is gasified. A carbon electrode is produced by performing: a production step to obtain a carbonaceous material by conducting a halogenation treatment, a dehalogenation treatment, and an activation treatment on dry-distilled charcoal; and a production step to obtain a carbon electrode by impregnating the resulting carbonaceous material with an organic electrolyte. The carbon electrode obtained by the above-mentioned method is used to form an electrical double layer capacitor.
Obtention d'un matière carbonacée pour condensateur électrique double couche, comprenant : une étape de traitement par halogénation, où un charbon halogéné distillé à sec est produit en amenant un charbon distillé à sec en contact avec un halogène gazeux; une étape de déshalogénation où une partie de tout l'halogène est éliminée; enfin, une étape d'activation où une partie de la matière carbonacée est gazéifiée. On produit une électrode de carbone, grâce aux étapes suivantes : étape de production pour obtenir une matière carbonacée par une étape d'halogénation; traitement de déshalogénation, et activation du charbon distillé à sec; étape de production pour obtenir une électrode de carbone par imprégnation de la matière carbonacée résultante avec un électrolyte organique. L'électrode de carbone obtenue par la méthode susmentionnée sert à obtenir un condensateur électrique à double couche.
