0 A pneumatic impact tool comprises a tubular housing (10) with a rear section (A), an intermediate section (B) and a front section (C), and constant diameter cylinder bore (11) in the intermediate section (B) reciprocably guiding a hammer piston (12) formed with a forward impact delivering neck portion (13), and an air distribution valve ( 14) disposed in the rear housing section (A) for feeding motive pressure air into the cylinder bore (11) to reciprocate the hammer piston (12) therein, a guide sleeve (43) mounted in the cylinder bore (11) for guidingly supporting the impact receiving shank portion of a working implement, a damping sleeve (38) mounted in the cylinder bore (11) and axially supported by a lock ring (41) mounted in a circumferential groove (42) in the cylinder bore (11), and a cylinder bore end closure plug (50) disposed in the rear housing section (A) behind the air distribution valve (1.4) and axially locked together with the latter by a transverse wedge bolt (51) which also forms a mounting pivot for two handles (29, 30).
Cet outil à percussion pneumatique comprend une enveloppe tubulaire (10) dotée d'une partie postérieure (A), d'une partie intermédiaire (B) et d'une partie antérieure (C), ainsi que d'un alésage cylindrique (11) de diamètre régulier, ménagé dans la partie intermédiaire (B), et guidant selon un mouvement alternatif un piston-marteau (12) comportant une partie col (13) qui produit un impact à l'avant, et une soupape de distribution d'air (14) disposée dans la partie postérieure (A) de l'enveloppe et introduisant de l'air d'entraînement sous pression dans l'alésage cylindrique (11) de sorte que le piston-marteau (12) y effectue un mouvement alternatif. L'outil comprend également un manchon de guidage (43) monté dans ledit alésage (11) pour soutenir, de façon à la guider, la partie tige recevant l'impact d'un outil de travail, un manchon d'amortissement (38) également monté dans l'alésage (11) et soutenu dans le sens axial par un anneau de verrouillage (41) monté dans une gorge circonférentielle (42) dans ledit alésage (11), et un bouchon de fermeture (50) de l'extrémité de l'alésage, disposé dans ladite partie postérieure (A), derrière la soupape de distribution d'air (14) avec laquelle il est verrouillé par une vis à coin transversale (51) qui constitue également un élément de montage pivotant pour deux poignées (29, 30).
