ABSTRACT Regulatory and safety mechanism to be used as an instantaneous anti-return system in both rotational directions, right and left, characterized by the fact that the device, built in a cylindrical shape is formed and integrated by a casing which contains the central part of the input power axle and a number of annular segments or crescents adapted to it, being these segments guided on the outside upon a rolling track adjoining the case, with a section of the output axle mounted on said input power axle, at its exiting point which is opposite the input one and which supports and fits the number of annular or crescent segments by its outside peripheral part with both axles - the input power axle and the output axle - of a special coupling design accord- ing to evety type of application or use as demmanded by the different types and which is covered by the device.
