The present invention concerns a method for the production of a titanium- containing zeolite by: (a) combining a hydrolyzable silicon compound and a hydrolyzable titanium compound; (b) adding a basic quaternary ammonium compound in an aqueous medium to the mixture from (a) and hydrolysing the reaction mixture at a temperature in the range from 0°C to 100°C to form a synthesis sol; then (c) heating the synthesis sol to a temperature in the range from 150°C to 190°C; and (d) crystallizing the synthesis sol at this temperature, characterized in that the heating-up time in step (c) is less than 240 min.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une zéolite contenant du titane, qui consiste en ce qui suit: (a) combiner un composé de silicium hydrolysable et un composé de titane hydrolysable; (b) ajouter un composant d'ammonium quaternaire basique dans un milieu aqueux au mélange à partir de (a) et soumettre le mélange de réaction à l'hydrolyse dans une plage de températures entre 0 DEG C et 100 DEG C de manière à former un sol de synthèse et; (c) porter le sol de synthèse à une température entre 150 DEG C et 190 DEG C puis (d) cristalliser le sol de synthèse à cette température, le procédé étant caractérisé en ce que le temps de chauffage au stade (c) est inférieur à 240 min.
