Improved frying pan which allows the products to be removed therefrom drained of oil, which has a reservoir (2) for collecting the oil, separated from the frying area of the foodstuffs by a grille (1) which is movable and detachable in order to be able to clean the inside of said reservoir (2) , the grille (1) has an upper area in which there are some openings (1.1) of greater size, and a lower area with some openings (1.2) of smaller size which acts as a filter of those impurities and allows the oil that returns to the frying pan to be free of them.
