The invention relates to a receiving element comprising a bolt with an external surface that is essentially parallel to and in particular coaxial with a longitudinal axis. The bolt can be introduced into a bore of at least one component, preferably at least two components in order to fix and/or align the component(s) for subsequent machining. The aim of the invention is to develop the receiving element whilst maintaining a simple construction in order to ensure a high dimensional stability and positioning precision over a long service life. To achieve this, the bolt comprises at least two recesses containing orifices in the vicinity of its external surface, the recesses containing pins, which consist of or comprise wear-resistant sintered material, extend through the orifices in a partial radial manner and project beyond the external surface with a predefined overhang.
La présente invention concerne un élément de réception comprenant un boulon (2) qui présente une surface extérieure (12) sensiblement parallèle à un axe longitudinal (10) et en particulier coaxiale avec celui-ci, au moins un élément, de préférence au moins deux éléments, pouvant être introduits dans l'alésage, pour permettre la fixation et/ou l'orientation du/des élément(s) pour un usinage ultérieur. L'invention a pour objet de permettre une amélioration de l'élément de réception avec des frais de construction réduits, de façon à garantir une résistance élevée à la déformation et une grande précision de positionnement pour une durée de vie importante. A cet effet, le boulon (2) présente au niveau de sa surface extérieure (12) au moins deux évidements (18) présentant des ouvertures (19), et les évidements (18) contiennent des pointes (14) faites d'un matériau fritté résistant à l'usure ou comprenant de ce matériau, lesdites pointes passant de façon partiellement radiale à travers lesdites ouvertures (19) et dépassant de la surface extérieure (12) sur une longueur prédéterminée (16).
