A method for increasing the adhesion of a first layer comprising fluoroplastic to a second layer comprising a peroxide-curable hydrocarbon elastomer is disclosed. The method comprises adding a primary-amine containing unsaturated compound or polymer of less than 10,000 molecular weight to the hydrocarbon elastomer layer. The resulting multi-layer compositions and articles comprising the composition are also disclosed.

Cette invention se rapporte à un procédé pour accroître l'adhérence d'une première couche comprenant un fluoroplastique à une seconde couche comprenant un élastomère d'hydrocarbure durcissable au peroxyde. Ce procédé consiste à ajouter à la couche élastomère d'hydrocarbure un composé ou un polymère insaturé contenant une amine primaire, ce composé ou ce polymère ayant un poids moléculaire inférieur à 10 000. Les compositions et les articles multicouches qui en résultent, qui renferment cette composition, sont également présentés dans cette invention.
