An access control system for preventing access to underlying fasteners, and otherwise preventing tampering with the underlying control panel. A base plate is affixed to a base that is fastened to the underlying structure with standard fasteners. A cover plate is slidably disposed over the base plate and includes a key operated cylinder plug. The cylinder plug is inserted through the cover plate, base plate and into a receiving aperture in the base. A locking mechanism within the cylinder plug engages the base, and prevents the sliding disposition of the cover plate from the base plate.

Cette invention concerne un dispositif de contrôle d'accès servant à mettre les fixations d'un panneau de commande et le panneau de commande lui-même à l'abri de tentatives de manoeuvre intempestive. L'objet de l'invention se compose d'une semelle montée sur une base, elle-même assujettie à un bâti au moyen de fixation ordinaires. Une plaque-couvercle coulissante est disposée au-dessus de la semelle et comporte une serrure à barillet encastrée. Le barillet traverse le couvercle, la semelle et se loge dans une ouverture ménagée exprès dans le bâti. Un mécanisme de verrouillage intégré au barillet se met en prise avec le bâti et empêche de faire coulisser la plaque-couvercle sur la semelle.
