The use of dolomite pulverized to pass through a 100-mesh screen and hydrated lime in the agricultural and industrial sectors is common and widespread. In this improvement, the dolomite is pulverized to pass through a 400-mesh screen, the main advantage of which is to facilitate dissolution in water and absorption by soil and foods. In addition, a cold pulverization process is used, which has the huge advantage of preserving the integrity of the carbonates, which account for 40% of the pulverized dolomite, by comparison with only 20% for hot-pulverized dolomite .
