Further, the kit for measuring a pulmonary surfactant protein which is a kit for measuring a pulmonary surfactant protein in a sample by an immunological method utilizing an antigen- antibody reaction characterized by comprising the aqueous solution containing the stabilized pulmonary surfactant protein in which a calcium ion and the substance involved in redox are used in combination as a standard solution of a pulmonary surfactant protein is provided.
