Disclosed is a soil- or seed-treating agent having an excellent controlling effect against various plant pathogenic bacteria (particularly, rice blast disease). The soil- or seed-treating agent comprises at least one compound represented by the general formula (Ia), (Ib) or (Ic) or a salt thereof as an active ingredient. (Ia) (Ib) (Ic) wherein R1, R2: a C1-C6 alkyl (which may be substituted), an aryl (which may be substituted), a heteroaryl (which may be substituted) , an aralkyl (which may be substituted), or the like; R3, R4: H, a C1-C6 alkyl (which may be substituted), a halogen, a C1-C6 alkoxy, or the like; X: a halogen, a C1-C6 alkyl (which may be substituted), a C2-C6 alkenyl (which may be substituted), a C2-C6 alkynyl (which may be substituted), an aryl (which may be substituted), a heteroaryl (which may be substituted), a C1-C6 alkoxy, or the like; Y: a halogen, a C1-C6 alkyl, a C1-C6 alkoxy or OH; n: 0 to 4; m: 0 to 6.
La présente invention concerne un agent de traitement de sols ou de graines ayant un excellent effet de lutte contre diverses bactéries pathogènes de plantes (en particulier, la piriculariose du riz). L'agent de traitement de sols ou de graines comprend au moins un composé représenté par la formule générale (Ia), (Ib) ou (Ic) ou un sel de celui-ci en tant que substance active.
