Switching arrangement for interconnecting electrolytic capacitors that comprises an electronic switch formed by a semiconductor device and a delay member. The semiconductor device has a control input which is, through an RC- type delay member, connected to a control input (VS) supplying the switching signal. The switching arrangement has a predetermined switching delay. The semiconductor device is a field effect transistor (FT), whose main circuit is coupled through an inductive element (L) supplying a second delay, to the capacitor (C1) to be switched. The inductive element (L) is a conductor (10) of determined length surrounded by a high-frequency ferrite core (11, 12). The delay effected by the RC member ensures only that fraction of the switching delay at which the device is loaded within its permissible load limit and the remaining delay is supplied by the inductive element (L).
L'invention concerne un dispositif de commutation permettant d'interconnecter des condensateurs électrolytiques et comprenant un commutateur électronique formé par un dispositif semi-conducteur et un élément de délai. Ce dispositif semi-conducteur présente une entrée de commande qui est, par le biais d'un élément de délai de type RC, connectée à une entrée de commande alimentant le signal de commutation. Ledit dispositif de commutation présente un temps de commutation prédéterminé. Le dispositif semi-conducteur constitue un transistor à effet de champ, dont un circuit principal est couplé par le biais d'un élément inducteur (L) fournissant un second temps au condensateur (C1) à commuter. Ledit élément inducteur (L) est un conducteur (10) d'une longueur déterminée entouré par un noyau de ferrite de fréquence élevée (11, 12). Le temps pris par l'élément RC garantit uniquement qu'une fraction du temps de commutation lors duquel le dispositif est chargé au sein de sa limite de chargement permise et du temps restant, est fournie par l'élément inducteur (L).
