The invention relates to a medicament for the treatment of dependent craving, characterised in that the medicament comprises a combination of two dosage forms, whereby the one dosage form continuously releases at least one nicotinic receptor modulator and the other dosage form permits a rapid presentation of galanthamine into the central nervous system and a two-stage method for the therapy of substance craving by modulation of neuronal nicotinic receptors, in which a permanent treatment by means of a pharmaceutical dosage form which continuously releases a nicotinic receptor modulator on occurrence of strong substance craving, is supplemented by the administration of galanthamine or one of the pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof, which permits a rapid presentation of said modulator into the central nervous system.
La présente invention concerne un médicament pour traiter l'accoutumance, qui se caractérise en ce qu'il comprend une combinaison de deux formes d'administration, l'une permettant l'administration en continu d'au moins un agent de modulation des récepteurs nicotiniques et l'autre permettant une pénétration rapide de la galanthamine dans le système nerveux central. La présente invention a également pour objet un procédé en deux étapes pour traiter l'accoutumance par modulation des récepteurs nicotiniques neuronaux, dans le cadre duquel un traitement permanent est réalisé au moyen d'une forme d'administration pharmaceutique qui permet l'administration en continu d'un agent de modulation des récepteurs nicotiniques, et les fortes sensations de manques sont traitées par administration de galanthamine ou d'un de ses sels pharmacologiquement acceptables au moyen d'une forme d'administration qui permet une pénétration rapide de cet agent de modulation dans le système nerveux central.
